Living in one of the TMS allegedly managed buildings I have to state that I WOULD NOT recommend them to anyone. I have been living with a leaky roof now for over a year and they still haven’t fixed it. They sent some guy to have a look who didn’t even have a ladder to get into the roof space?!
It will be winter soon. I’ve had to move my bed so it doesn’t get wet, my walls are damp with the paint bubbling.
DO NOT USE! Pay years for a poor quality service!
