Took my PC here for repair. They kept it for nearly 1 week, claimed that everything needed upgrading (mother board, processor, memory) on a PC that was only 2 years old with quad core pentium and shedloads of memory. Shockingly bad advice IMHO.
Misdiagnosed the real problem, installed a ripped off version of windows 7, so I had to reinstall to get legal again.
Charged me £40 for… nothing, still had the same problem.
Took the PC elsewhere and they fixed it for £10 in 1 day. All that was wrong was the BIOS settings.
They are pleasant enough people, probably fine as an internet café, and parts supply if you know what you want. But they are not so good a equipment repair.
