You may be looking for a Personal Trainer, interested in our Group Classes or looking for something fun and different for your Child’s Birthday Party? If that’s the case, you’ve come to the right place!

Personal Training:

We concentrate our personal training sessions on people who want to train in their home for various reasons, maybe you lack confidence in a group setting, not sure what to do, do not feel fit enough to start?

We take a step by step approach to exercise, working with you, to build up your confidence and fitness. Together we will come up with a individual workout plan to suit your needs. Maybe you need to lose some weight, maybe you have lost some weight and want to tone up. Whatever the reasons is, we can do it, right there in your own home.

Children’s Parties

Struggling with ideas for a child’s birthday party? We are here to help.

We can provide a different, exciting concept to the original children’s party. Offering a variety of sports for both girls and boys from ages 5−11years. Specialising in Cheerleading and Football.

Cheerleading

Fun and easy routine designed and taught by a qualified instructor to a song of the hosts choice. The birthday girl/​boy will receive their very own Pom Poms to keep!(No stunts or tumbles.)

Football

A range of skills and fun mini games of football with their friends. The birthday boy/​girl receiving their very own ball to keep!

Both of us are CRB certified, have school club experience and hold updated First Aid

History

Established in 2011.

Wisdom Workouts is based in OXFORD and was created by two sisters with 30 years of combined fitness experience. We previously worked so well together in a health club, our dedication and passion for fitness along with our hard work ethic lead us to branch out on our own.

Business Owner

Trish Wisdom (34yrs)

I started my life in fitness as a young 16 year old.

Over the years I worked my way up from receptionist to fitness trainer to gym manager, and in 2008 when the gym closed, went it alone! As you can see, I have been working in Fitness for over 18years now and still love it just as much now as I did then. Along with my own experience to offer, I thrive on the ever changing fitness industry and what it can teach me.

I enjoy helping people reach their own fitness goals, and watching not only their body become fitter and stronger but their confidence grow.

Colleen Wisdom (28yrs)

Being an energetic individual I was always playing sport in one way or another. Whilst working a Saturday job at the gym as a receptionist, I found my passion for aerobics and gym instructing. From there I qualified in both areas and haven’t looked back since, even adding Pilates to my teaching qualifications.
