one star although I should give them none. they were supposed to cancel my contract a year ago and they didn‘t but kept my Direct debit set so for the last year I‘ve been paying for something I haven‘t been using. because I don‘t have paperwork-​cos it was supposed to be cancelled-​i can‘t prove it and they don‘t have their papers nor anything on the system and saying that it‘s my fault cos I should‘ve kept my paperwork but they don‘t feel guilty for non keeping theirs and definitely not guilty of failing to cancel my contract and taking my money. they owe me now over 200£ 15£ for every month from March 2010

Guys there are great, the service was fantastic (in and out in 5 minutes with a new phone and free extras!) and as a 3 user for the last year I find their network to be the best for what I need. Always great service (never drop below 3 bar) and tonnes of freebies on every topup.
Absolutely highly recommended, ignore anyone who says otherwise!

I brought a phone on contract in december and since than the phone has broken down twice. I would never buy a phone or service from 3 again there customer service is awful there coverage is not what is stated on the website.
