Game – Oldham

With my last review for Game here in Oldham being in December 2014, I feel an updated review is definitely needed, especially with a recent experience that concluded in Game, in my opinion deserving a downgrade to a single one star.
This store is a decent size, and is now on Oldham high street, with the old GAME closing down in the Spindles, this store was formerly a game station until the transformation into one brand — Game, so you can expect to see most of the décor you would associate with a Game station.
The store, as ever has decent stock and is of a decent size for a small town like Oldham, and of course they is a small area to play the latest games.
The staff here were my main problem, I wanted to know if they was a particular game in stock, and they said yes and were close to selling me the wrong game for a higher price, which I was upset about, she seemed reluctant to helping me and slightly stubborn to check again when I told her it was the wrong game, she picked up. This is an easy mistake to make, but I did specify the required information so I was quite disappointed with this and how it was handled, which going along with other minor difficulties such as the old game-​station décor and the store not stocking a great selection of new games, especially on consoles like the Xbox 360 and PS3, I do feel it deserves a single one star.
