Phoned the Council, put through to the right department (Refuse) and spoke to a lovely person. Business positively sorted in a few minutes and finished by having good giggle over the awful weather. Made my day!

I have found that I had much better results by going to talk to someone than phoning, but of course it takes longer. I have not had any unpleasant encounters/visits.

i try not to go into these offices if i can help it. i dont find the staff very helpful at all and they always make you feel as though you are putting them out. its their job to help!
if i have to deal with people from the council i do it by phone. much easier and less hassle.
building is nice, staff arnt helpful, parking is more or less non existant
