Established in 2005.

In 2005, self storage was a new concept in the UK but was growing rapidly in the South East. The Simpson family based in Nuneaton realised the potential and after extensive market research in the UK and Europe brought self storage to the Midlands. Extra Room Self Storage was the first of its kind in Nuneaton and has grown to be the largest self storage facility in Nuneaton offering low cost, secure, temperature and humidity controlled storage for home and business use.

I used Extra Room Self Storage to store my furniture when I first moved to Hinckley. Moving house is stressful enough but the process was made so much easier using Extra Room.
The site is secure, easy to get to and the storage rooms are spotlessly clean and dry. The service was excellent, staff were friendly, helpful and made the whole process very straightforward.
Before I came across Extra Room I visited a couple of storage places near where I work in Birmingham. Neither was as good as Extra Room and they were more expensive! If you need storage look no further– I cannot recommend Extra Room Self Storage highly enough.
