Established in 2008.

Jay Parlane established Sublime Décor after many years of painting and decorating across Cheshire and Manchester.

Jay realised there was a gap in the market for cost effective, high quality, professional painters and decorators with the customer at the heart of business… and has never looked back. He still strongly believes in this proposition and ensures that his company lives by it!
