To put it simply: extremely rude staff, unorganised management, cannot split the bills, good sheesha and good food.
While our experience at The Factory could have been a ‘pleasurable experience’ (as said in their menu) the rudeness of the staff made us reconsider our choice to even come here.
If you don’t mind getting condescending and snide comments as well as forced sales go there. Otherwise just buy your own sheesha and enjoy it like any human being should: in peace.
