Over 15 years of experience in the fields of hardware and installation (windows 98 upwards), some networking knowledge, plus 2 month Technical support to update training on OS software (XP at the time with The Tech Guys) Windows platform only at the moment.

I have also spent the last 13 years+ custom computer building and repairing hardware & software issues for friends and family whilst looking for technical positions, and completely understands the computer needs of home & small business PC user’s as I am one.
