Really so disappointing I can’t tell you!
I have had hypnotherapy before and always had good results for various phobias etc.
I went into his office A very sterile room right in the city center (no couch just an upright chair!) plus with the constant rush of buses passing by every second, I found it impossible to switch off! He reassured me by saying ‘it shouldn’t make a difference’ but sorry for me it made all the difference.
Very happy to take my payment, despite me just sitting there waiting for him to finish and trying to explain to him it really has done nothing. The actual ‘hypno’ session was half an hour long not long enough.
Really quite gutted about this that’s all I can say.
Perhaps if you’re used to the sound of city life, I can well imagine this won’t be a problem for some.
I read reviews about his service, hence the reason I made the appointment. So hoping this might be of use to someone for the future.
