We offer nationwide courses in Health & Safety, Construction, CPCS, First Aid, Utilities and National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs).

Each member of our training and assessment team hold current up to date teaching and assessment qualifications in accordance to their role within our company. They have all have an extensive background within their trade sector to provide the maximum level of support to learners and helping secure their future success.

We are committed to upskilling workers and reducing the skills gap.

History

Established in 2013.

All staff have held previous roles in providing work placed training and have worked for successful companies in the East Midlands region before coming together at ESS. The team has genuine interest and ambition in making Essential Site Skills a stand out provider within the UK for delivering a quality service that ensures health & safety and the correct training is the key priority. They have the same work ethic, are extremely customer focused and dedicated to our customer service levels reaching new heights and expectations within the industry.

Meet the Business Owner

Catherine S.

Business Owner

Catherine has over 10 years of experience working in the field of Learning and Development, within various levels and sectors of training, starting out as assistant to the CEO of the UK’s largest provider of compliance and vocational training into the Construction and Logistics Sectors of the UK Economy.

Catherine’s role is to set the strategic direction for Essential Site Skills and collaborate with the other Directors to ensure the promotion of a culture that reflects our group’s ambition of providing all key stake holders with a first class experience.
