Walked in and thought oh dear, fake palm tree and slightly pricey drinks, but then spent a while here as it’s got a good vibe and friendly staff.

Lets start with the best things about this place when I last went in:
Large Palm tree in the middle of the place (fake I think) and a great mirror in the gents that you will need to take a look at to appreciate.
Beyong that we are talking a pretty average, but nice enough, centrally located bar. It is based in the ‘Hockley’ area of the City and is therefore within a good easy walk of several other decent bars such as Revolution, Market bar, Ha Ha, Dogma etc.
Drinks are probably towards the higher side if you just fancied getting a pint of lager, but then again there is the upkeep of that lovely Palm tree to consider, so just class it as a donation!
