Have now used LambertPugh for both a sale and a purchase. Very impressed, John Pugh just Gets Stuff Done, post arrives rapidly and we feel confident in his advice and efficiency. The bill was exactly as promised, no hidden extras. They are on the Faster Payments system and everyone in the firm can see where money is going.
could do better? Just occasionally phone messages don’t seem to get through and you have to try again. That said, the teamwork is there when needed; John Pugh happened to be ill on the day of our first completion but it all still went through and we got the expected phone call to advise what was happening.
My next purchase is an investment property and I will use this firm again.
