David Sexton formed the company having worked within private practice for over 12 years. With the extensive building surveying experience within property market, Hyperion provides a a high quality professional service whilst remaining competitive and good value.

Business Owner

I am an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor with over 12 years working within the property market. I have been a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2005.

I have worked at several major practices and have a wealth of knowledge across all facets of Building Surveying.

I am also a registered member of the Association of Project Safety and can advise Clients and contractors on their duties under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations.
