Bill Rhoades the owner realised that fleet drivers are more at risk of road traffic incidents than any other driver. B.A.M Fleet Consultants was formed to offer companies some of the best fleet training/​assessing in the market place today.

B.A.M Fleet offer a reduction of up to 15% on your car insurance when you have completed our BTec course and a massive 25% can be saved when you have completed our Advanced/​Defensive driving course.

Business Owner

Alfred Rhoades (Bill) is the owner of A-​Roads driving group. Bill has been involved in driver training for over 20 years.

I started driver training with RoSPA Advanced Drivers Northampton and quickly realised I enjoyed the job. I passed my A.D.I exams and went on a franchise for a year. I then went into business with another instructor which lasted about 5 months for various reasons!!. A-​Roads driving school began operating in 2001 and has grown over the years, B.A.M Fleet Consultants now being the major role of the group. A.R.T.S is also part of A-​Roads Driving group, A.R.T.S being A Rhoades Training Services offering companies such diverse courses as first aid at work, BTecs, assessing workers (Bill is an A1 assessor). We are an independent company giving good family business traditions but covering the whole of the U.K. Small enough to care, big enough to cover any contract.
