Established in 2014.

I studied Music Technology at College and always found music production to be fascinating. The idea was born out of working with other artists who were unfamiliar using recording software to make music. I enjoyed showing them how to program drum machines and synths, add fx and mix the finished product down. In a short space of time they went from feeling overwhelmed looking at the computer screen to taking over sessions to get ‘hands on’. It is still very early days but I have big plans for this!

Fergie is Make or Break Media’s founding member and from a young age he was always making or breaking something. By the age of 6 he had amassed quite a collection of drawings and had a keen interest in music but had also broken his Dad’s car and burnt half the house down!

These days he is committed to applying all his early experiences and years of training in the Arts to good use. He is a former student Of University of Ulster where he achieved Degrees and Diploma’s in Music Technology, Performing Arts and Art and Design. Fergie has played in numerous rock groups including Rigger and is now firmly focused on creating music that crosses genres.

He now operates under the pseudonym Scratchcomposite remixing and writing music that crosses between rock, hip hop, break beat, electronic and film scoring. His back catalogue has something to appeal to every taste and his vision means he will continue to write emotive music than can lift your project to the next level!
