H Samuel

I can’t get enough of this jewellers, H Samuel’s is a great wee shop. Some other places, when you visit them, it seems like they go out of their way to make you feel uncomfortable and they talk down to you, but certainly not in here! Oh no! The staff in here are the friendliest bunch I have ever met! My mum is obsessed with watches and I’ll always have a nosy in here in case I see anything she would like, and I always sent up here to get links taken out of watches or to get the battery changed. Well you’d think they’d be sick of the sight of me but every time I visit the girls in here make you feel like it’s your birthday ’cause they seem that genuinely pleased to see you. Well, I can say that certainly for some of the staff, I overheard a conversation in here one day that a couple of the staff her have started learning sign language so as they can communicate easier with the few deaf customers that call in to the shop. Wow, now if that isn’t customer service I don’t know what is! I thought that was lovely the girls would go to those lengths just in the name of work. Definite brownie points for customer service and the albeit cheesey factor in this branch.
