We specialize in buying and selling overseas abroad. We have been helping buyers and sellers in the overseas market for 10 years. We have a number of websites that we market properties throughout the world and have a build up an extensive list of local agents on the ground that work with to help with viewings and understand the changing property market.

History

Established in 2006.

The business started off selling over-​plan property in Bulgaria and became very successful over a few years. The world recession hit and buyers stopped buying and so the company changed direction and started trying to sell property for people. We became very successful at this in Bulgaria and have since expanded to Turkey, Spain, Cyprus, Egypt, Greece, Portugal and most major holiday destinations around the world.

We deal with the whole sale process from start to finish and put the client at ease throughout the process.
