History

Established in 1990.

From humble beginnings and powered by passion and experience the Lewinnick Lodge was originally built to house the staff of a nearby manor house, which was accidentally built on the wrong side of the headland when the owner was overseas. The Lodge has been used as a fisherman’s store and even a smugglers den over the years until Pete and Jacqui Fair saw its potential. The renovation of the Lewinnick Lodge has seen it establish an excellent reputation with locals and visitors, and develop fabulously cosmopolitan rooms and food.

Striking and seductive, the Lewinnick Lodge Cornwall is perched on the cliff-top of Pentire headland with panoramic sea views. With just the invigorating sea air and captivating Atlantic blue surrounding us, as locations go it doesn’t get much better than this.

A world away from all that you thought you knew about Newquay, though just a stones throw from Fistral beach our boutique bolthole is undiscovered and hidden away amongst the craggy cliffs.
