Honeybunch Cupcakes

I am the girlfriend from Adam S.‘s review — I finally decided to review Honeybunch Cupcakes and give them the 5 stars they totally deserve!
In the beginning of our relationship, I really wanted to treat my partner to nice things. Unfortunately, this was made difficult by the fact that I lived in the United States while he is Welsh. But when I heard that he had NEVER HAD RED VELVET, I simply had to find a cupcake delivery service for him!
After much googling, I came across Honeybunch Cupcakes.
~ Customer Service:
Simply incredible. Because I had never been to Wales when I first ordered, I had no idea that Swansea was so far from Newport (I know now and wow they went really out of their way for me!). I don’t remember if I spoke with Diane or Fern (from a faint memory I think it was Diane, but I can’t be sure) but she had her daughter go to Swansea to deliver some cookies to him!
Since then, I’ve ordered from them on 2 more occasions and each time they were delivered without fail. Over e-​mail, the correspondence had been so polite and helpful! It really felt that they were on my side in trying to find a solution on how to get my boyfriend the sweet treats he so rightfully deserved!
Needless to say, four years later and we’re still very much together. Maybe Honeybunch Cupcakes had a hand in that! ;)
Maybe the next time we’ll be ordering from Honeybunch, it’ll be for wedding cakes instead!

My girlfriend who lives in the united states ordered cupcakes for me, i live in swansea which is out of usual delivery area yet they still delivered them to me!
The cupcakes themselves tasted fantastic, no problems at all.
