Express by Holiday Inn

We only stayed for one night but the staff was great! Room was everything you expected– clean and decent sized

All the usual fare from a Holiday Inn Express. Clean, efficient rooms, acceptable continental breakfast with hot sausages, eggs and beans. Sausages may have spent more time with a baker than a butcher.
Good wifi throughout the hotel.
Good size car park.
Perfect for an overnight stay.

The Holiday Inn Express is what says it is and does what is says on the tin. It provides comfortable accommodation. It has a bar and an eating area if you order a takeaway. The same area is used in the mornings for standard breakfast, except cooked. It provides a continental buffet menu. It meets the need of the passing traveller. I don’t think it suits the long stay guest, that’s just my personal view.

Colleagues preferred to stay here because on additional advantage; the pub next to the hotel, the Dragonfly. It serves a very good variety of meals, and you couldn’t fault what they produced.
