We are a family business offering a property finding service and property portal for private listers and agents. We cover Spain, Cyprus, Tenerife and Majorca, though there are facilities to add properties to any other European Country.

After many years running a heating business the family bought a property in Spain and had many requests to provide information how to go about it, so we started by using our experiences in buying that overseas property to advise those who were also looking to make the move and buy a holiday home or a place to live.

After a couple of years we found that people were also asking us to list properties for sale and asking if we offered rentals on our initial website, that site has now evolved to a full property portal advertising property for sale and rental.

The business is still run by its owner and has expanded to meet demand, but still offers the personal touch.
