Edwards is a chain bar/​pub situated on Newcastle-under-Lyme’s high street. The place is rather large, with seating areas outside, and on ground/​raised floors.
Bar service is good, your usually served quickly and the drinks prices are about average (with the occasional offer).
The food is very nice especially the salads and they often run lunchtime deals. I would recommend visiting this place in quieter times or for lunch (it’s lovely in the day) but at night especially on a student/​friday/​weekend night it does falter (hence 3 stars and not 4) and becomes a bit of a drunken hovel which is a shame.
