Had 2 appointments booked , months in advance for a half & full day. Confirmed both appointments the week prior and got a call to cancel the night before, one at 6 & the other to cancel at 8pm. Lost 2 full days work & will not be rearranging or going back there. We now go to a reliable tattooist. Disgusting customer service. Do not recommend.
