Description

Specialties

Feasting at Flatbread Café is about re-igniting the spirit of communal eating. Spread a range of delicious world food across the table and get stuck in, preferably using hands and our delicious freshly baked flatbread as a food spoon.

It’s an experience we like to call TEAR&SHARE.

Meet the Business Owner

Hossain R.

Business Owner

Flatbread Café was founded in early 2007 with a view to offering the public a unique leisure dining experience by adhering to five guiding brand principles:

Ethical * Fresh * Caring * Fusion * Stimulating

From the outset the vision for Flatbread Café was very simple: to create an experience that re-ignited the spirit of communal eating: spread a range of delicious world food across the table and get stuck in, preferably using hands and flatbread as a food spoon. It’s an experience we like to call TEAR & SHARE

The brainchild of Hossain Rezaei, a North East-based entrepreneur with a wealth of experience in the specialist bread market, Flatbread Café’s first site opened in Newcastle city centre in September 2007. Our Metro Centre café opened in August 2008 and several more outlets are planned for next year and beyond.
