We at A1 Blinds specialise in bespoke, made-​to-​measure Blinds. Whether it be Verticals, Rollers, Venetians, Pleats, Perfect Fit, Romans or Shutters — we can offer Free Measuring (with our tailored Home Consultation service), Free (no obligation) Quote & Free Fitting.

Because we manufacture the blinds ourselves (in our factory in Blaydon) you can customise every detail down to the last letter, alternating colour slats with Venetians & Verticals; fancy flowers or funky finials on Scalloped edged Rollers; or digitally print any image of your choosing onto either Venetians (aluminium) or Roller blinds.

Established in 1982.

A1 Blinds have been manufacturing Made to Measure Window Blinds in the North East for over 30 years.

We moved to Tundry Way in Blaydon, Tyne & Wear as part of our Company expansion development plan where we operate from a large, modern Factory/​Showroom.

We manufacture Made to Measure Venetian, Vertical, Roller, Roman, Pleated, Panel, Perfect Fit, Blackout, Velux, Roof Blinds and supply Plantation Shutters and a large range of Wooden Blinds.

Our clients range from City Councils, NHS, Schools, Construction Companies, Landlords, in fact everyone from large Commercial to Domestic properties and we pride ourselves on all receiving the same standard of service.
