A pleasant, small, library near the bus station in Neath. There are places to sit both upstairs (in the reference section) or downstairs, where it’s nice to take the weight off your feet and browse some of the books in peace and quiet. The photocopier upstairs is useful. The children’s library is situated next door and that is particularly good and well stocked.
