I really like the Lush products and I love to try all these fun things they offer. My only problem is that I can’t stay too long in their stores as much as I would like to but I get too bad of a headache and so I have to leave! I have a vegan friend and she was really happy when I bought her one of the vegan products that Lush offers. I rarely ever buy something for myself there though, it is a little bit pricey but their products make great gifts!

I used to work beside a Lush, and the novelty definitely wears off. Yes, the products are fun to look at and use. And there are some rather unique items, scents, etc. But seriously, the smell of the place. Just thinking about it makes me shudder. Its a huge mass of contradictory smells coming at you all at once. That being said, in small batches I still kind of like this shop — maybe if they had mail order I would love it. You can soaps in exactly the quantity you want — they cut and weigh it for you. The staff here are adequately friendly. Guess you can’t really ask more from retail staff.

Lush is like marmite. You either love it or hate it. I adore it and the smell as you walk past. My husband can’t stand it or the smell. They sell natural beauty products from bath bombs to hair dyes to ‘jelly’ shower gel! My favourite are the bubble bath bars which you crumble under a hot running tap. My skin always feels lovely afterwards. They are also great at Christmas time as they do lovely pre-wrapped gift boxes.

Love this place. Can’t resist popping in everytime I visit MK and the lovely aroma as you step round the corner draws you in. Beautiful gift wrapped boxes and gifts at affordable prices. The Secret Santa one is great, get them every year for work. Great that you can try some of the products before buying, staff really helpful and able to advise on your purchases.

Lush were the first to make the world famous bath bombs which are now made by many. Their products really are delicious. They make products that are as natural as possible and mark products that are vegan. The packaging on the products is a great as the products themselves and the packaging on the ready wrapped gift items is amazing! I have found the staff friendly and helpful, they have good knowledge of the products. You can also request small testers of soaps etc so if you have sensitive skin you can try before you buy. You can always tell when you are approaching a Lush shop as you can smell it! Yum!

Lush in Milton Keynes can only be described as ‘lush’. It smells gorgeous and they offer so many different soaps, shampoos, moisturisers and everything else. It is the perfect unusual but luxurious gift. It reminds me of a cheese shop, as everything is cut up and wrapped up in paper but don’t let this put you off. If you are looking for something in particular or have a special problem then speak to the staff who will be able to recommend something. It is certainly worth a visit if you stuck for what to get someone and they even cater for men — bonus!

I am in love with this store. Am a huge lush addict. Just walking past the store is a treat on the senses with all the lovely aromas that come out of the shop. The staff is so friendly and helpful and really know about their products. I love the fact that they have new items on offer regularly. If you want to treat yourself with bath bombs, fizzers, soap, shampoo, facial items etc here’s the place to do it! Their gift boxes are also divine and I’ve never known anyone to say anything negative about their lovely products.

I am a lover of Lush totally and I was very excited when I found one had opened up remotely near me so at the first opportunity I popped over there to have a look. I was left very disappointed. I had gone armed with a list of everything I wanted, and found 2 of them. Usually the staff are very helpful and would be happy to find the products for me if they were not out, however this was not the case in this store. I felt like I had wasted a journey and will stick to my covent Garden shop in the future.

If I could afford to I’d be in this shop every week and I’d be the cleanest person alive. I adore lush! For a start, when you aproach the shop you KNOW it’s there you can smell it, and it smells divine! Get in there and your senses are almost assulted with all the wonderful different scents of their products. If you don’t already know the shop, then OMG you don’t know what you are missing. Lush sells bath bombs, soaps, and other body products, but these aren’t like the cheap chemical ones you get in boots and places like that, these are scented with essential oils and full of lovely things like cocoa butter and some of them really do smell good enough that you want to have a nibble. Not sure what you want? Find a couple of things to buy and when your paying, just ask them if you can get a sample or two of a few other bits and pieces to try. Any broken things that they get, they put aside for just this purpose so you can take things away to give them a go. Allergic to certain things? — Here that is not a problem, they’ve got all the ingredients listed and you can have a look and talk to them and they’ll help you find things that are suitable — they do for me and I’m allergic to caffeine and anything containing caffeine so chocolate, coffee etc. Definately one of my favourite shops in the whole world — I could easily spend a fortune in there actually come to think of it, I probably already did!
