My name is Jackie Cox. I am a fully qualified and insured reflexologist. I offer reflexology on either your hands or feet in the comfort of your own home so that you can fully benefit from this relaxing and gentle therapy. I also offer reflexology in the workplace and Cowdray Hall.

Reflexologists apply pressure to the reflex points on the feet or hands, which they believe correspond to other parts of the body. Reflexology is a gentle therapy suitable for all ages. Reflexology can help:
