Outdated Coffee and Dessert House

I visited Outdated for a coffee, while on my way to grab a parcel at the Post Office.
It is a nice store, very old-​fashioned and vintage, but still it is a nice store to have a coffee in, Wheelchair access here is very poor as the doorway is only narrow and they is a step to go in.
I do think this store is perhaps too old-​fashioned, a little is nice, but too much is awful.
When I walked in, I asked multiple questions to the staff member working and she just ignored me, which was quite rude. I asked if they had flavouring syrups and not until I ordered and she had made my Latte (£1:20), I noticed they had Gingerbread, Vanilla and Caramel. The Monin syrups are the ones used by Caffe Nero and Costa and the ones here.
I asked her to add one into my drink and she did this for £0.20.
This is a really nice place for coffee, and it is cheap as well. The to-​go cups were weird as what you drink the coffee out of (hole in the cup), was like a dummy.
The coffee was nice and although a little small, really worth it for a price.
Simple food like Crumpets are offered here but they is very little choice, mainly because it is just a coffee and cake house. They sold a coffee and a cake for around £2.50, I don’t think gluten free was offered but this is still a good deal.
They have a wide selection of books and newspapers to read with your cake and coffee.
If you want to park here, the nearest spot is right behind the store in the Tesco car park which is free for up to 3 hours. (or something like that)
It is not in the best of locations in Middleton Gardens but is defiantly worth going out of your way to get a coffee — so I have to give 3 stars, I would love to give more but the barista was very ignorant and the store just has a weird taste on being old-​fashioned.
