Description

Specialties

At Ruislip Physiotherapy, we aim to treat you better and help you stay that way. We are a specialist sports and spinal clinic but treat a variety of conditions including back, neck and joint pains, sports injuries, soft tissue injuries, osteoarthritis, vertigo and much more.

We use a combination of treatment techniques varying from acupuncture, ultrasound, exercises, traction and Pilates to hands on treatment such as massage, mobilisation and manipulation.

There are currently 5 physiotherapists working out of Ruislip and we also work with specialist physios in both women’s health and paediatrics.

Around the back of our clinic is a small studio, this is used for Pilates classes which is a great way to help your body during rehabilitation. Our instructor works closely with the physiotherapists to ensure you the best recovery possible.

We are also lucky to have a very experienced massage therapist working at our clinic.

We have appointments both first and last thing so there should always be an appointment to work around your life. Our clinic is wheelchair accessible, it is completely one storey with no stairs at all, however If you are unable to come to the practice we do offer home visits. Both private clients and those using insurance are welcome at our clinic.

If there is anything you are unsure we can treat just give us a call or drop us an email and one of our friendly receptionists will help you out.

History

Established in 1998.

Ruislip Physiotherapy was started in 1998 by Russell with Paul joining the practice in 2007. Whilst working at Ruislip, Paul started his own clinic in Little Chalfont called Advantage Physiotherapy. It was successful enough that in January 2014 when Russell decided to sell he purchased Ruislip Physiotherapy and now runs the two locations as sister clinics.

Meet the Business Owner

Paul G.

Business Owner

After qualifying from Sports Sciences at Brunel University and Physiotherapy from East London University; I worked for 3 and half years at Mount Vernon Hospital and continued my career in the private sector.

I have special interest in sports injuries, knee, shoulder and spinal problems, post operation rehabilitation and foot biomechanical assessment.

During my years in public and private physiotherapy, I have built up a good rapport with local GPs and orthopaedic consultants. This has led to an efficient referral system that benefits the patients overall treatment.

Outside of work, I like to keep myself fit including gym, rugby, golf and triathlons.
