C & S Tyres

First impressions were good, they seemed very professional and helpful, however after messing up fitting tyres to a motorbike which left us with an unroadworthy bike, a fact which they did not deny but were not keen to stand the cost of the repair themselves, I have to say my opinion changed. The attitude of the manager left a lot to be desired, he didn't seem to have a clue about how to deal with customers. He did eventually agree to repair the damage they caused, which took them a week and a half, whilst waiting for the part they insisted the bike was left with them, we realised why when it was collected, they had left it parked, outside, under a tree with a birds nest in it, a fact which I'm sure they were aware of. I think the manager needs to remember I happy customer will tell one person, but an unhappy one will tell 10.
