one of the worse pizza‘s ive ever tasted. never again

This is a very popular pizza place and the quality is normally good but on once recent occasion we got home to find we have been given garlic mushrooms without the garlic and a pizza with hardly any tomato and cheeses that was so disgusting that we could not eat it.
When we phoned up to complain they were very shocked, they did not offer us a refund although they came to collect the food, we were told on our next visit the meal would be free, but on our next visit they had no record and my husband had to argue the point. This visit the food was ok but due to the problems we have not been back.
On speaking to others it appears we were just unlucky
