History

Established in 1992.

The company began in our MD’s home, handling Sales Promotion campaigns; we then expanded into Direct Mail and Mail Order and as such, new premises. By taking on Mail Order clients we soon realised a need for telephone order and customer service lines and also clients needed space to store their products. By incorporating other services into the Mail Order package it really took off. As internet shopping increased we thought that this would be an ideal opportunity to upgrade our systems and branch out further. We invested heavily in IT and PCI compliance to protect against fraud. In addition to this we developed reporting systems for our clients; we also sourced postage and packaging discounts and found ways to streamline our processes ensuring that ordering online was efficient and trustworthy.
