Situated right on the corner, it is a modern, medium-​sized building. It has recently undergone a refurbishment so it looks very clean and fresh.
The staff are friendly and, for the majority of the time, are smiling and look happy to be able to help. The usual Norwich & Peterborough products are on offer and the staff will approach you if they think something would be of benefit.
A joy to visit and I recommend people opening an account with them. As it is a building society, you get a passbook so you know exactly what you have in your account at all times. Identity fraud is less of a concern too as they would have to have your passbook to make any withdrawals.
