Established in 1981.
I Started the business in 1981 at the onset of the Falklands conflict, I was a chef in the Merchant Navy for 10 years, until the ship was commissioned to be a troop carrier bound for the Falklands, I decided to carry on with the trade that I knew best and started with. my new business in the Fish & Chip trade with my Wife at my side, we have worked very hard to establish a business we are proud of, producing a very high quality product that you will be proud of
