This is a gem of a post office. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgible. They really are are exceptional they go out of their way to help. Although this reasonably small it offers a full range of services such as car tax. One of the other strengths is that the ques are never totally huge unlike other post offices!
There is also a shop selling newspapers, chocolate, stationary, cards and the lottery. They also have the free Manchester Evening news to pick up!
There is a large free car park.
This Post office has been earmarked to close which is ridiculous and is going to appeal. It really is a great asset to the area and with the combination of great staff extended opening hours (to 6.30pm) AND the car park make this well worth saving.
