The Eagle Bar

At midnight the place is packed. It usually quietens down around 1ish so you can get to sit where you want then. The place is very cruisy and going into the toilets is not recommended for the faint — hearted! Drinks prices more expensive than other bars in the village but it’s well worth a visit (men only)

The Eagle is the perfect place to meet either socially or for a special occasion.
A men only bar which is great and means no stag or hen parties which is gays hate!
The back bar known as the Black Eagle is darker and has a typical European men’s bar feel to it.
Great stylish comfortable surroundings make it a great place to use for private parties and meetings and both of our venues are available to hire.

A great men only bar in the gay village for no nonsense men who like men. Great friendly bar staff, drinks offers and good music. At busier times the bar behind a Eagle, called Black Eagle is opened which has a very masculine theme. Bar staff are scantily clad and they have TVs with some ‘entertainment’

This is o e for my favorite Canal Street bar. Man only that’s mean only real Gay Man aloud. Normal bar price with Sunday drag Queen party Inc free shots. You can always fund there nice and interesting people.

Eagle bar is located off Bloom Street just round the corner from Canal-​St. It is a (gay) men only bar so the good thing is you are not going to get hen partys in here. Drinks are semi– reasonably priced. Bar staff are friendly. The music is reasonably good in the bar area.

This bar is themed especially for gay men seeking to socialise with other gay men. Not sexist in anyway because close by is a bar for gay women only. It has a great ambiance of a masculine nature with music quite different on a Friday and Saturday evening. More relaxed and quieter through the week, where an accompanied female friend would most probably be allowed. (Most women probably wouldn’t want to come here anyway!). Like other main European and North American cities, not a chain of bar but does follow a similar theme of the masculine male, for men who like men, in other words twinks not usually found here!

One of only 2 ‘men only’ bars in manchester, everybody is friendly and the booze is very reasonably priced,
With the added bonus on a weekend of ‘dark eagle’ (the dark area round the back)

Not a fan of anywhere that won’t let anyone but men in

This is a great bar, in the basement of an office complex on Bloom Street. It’s situated just round the corner from Coyotes for those that know the area. It has a strict MEN ONLY policy. The bar is themed for leather and the huskier man.
Drinks are reasonably priced and there is a wide selection. The bar is also open until around 5am at the weekend. It is well worth a visit if you are into the bear scene.
