Pure Property Services are Manchester’s leading property renovation and maintenance company. Specialists in extensions, conversions and refurbishments, we also provide a one stop property maintenance service to home-​owners, landlords and property companies throughout Manchester and Cheshire.

History

Established in 2012.

Pure Property Services was set up in 2012 by Steve Gilmour and John Hamer. Having gained managerial experience in some of Manchester’s largest property maintenance departments, they set out to provide Manchester’s home-​owners with professional and affordable property services. From a tiny home office with just a handful of clients, the pair worked tirelessly to grow Pure Property Services into the company it is today.

Now based in offices in Manchester City Centre, Pure Property Services has grown significantly and now carry out all manner of property developments, extensions and renovations for both the domestic and commercial sectors as well as managing a large portfolio of residential properties.

Meet the Business Owner

Steve G.

Business Owner

Steve is primarily focussed on driving company growth across all company departments. He also oversees the delivery of all property management services at Pure Property Services.

He has experience of managing and developing both residential and commercial property throughout Cheshire and Greater Manchester. Prior to founding Pure, Steve managed a team responsible for the full management and maintenance of 1,100+ properties in and around Manchester city centre.

Arguably Johnny Cash’s biggest fan, Steve enjoys long, relaxing strolls to the curry house and doting on his young daughter.
