What a treat! A sensation adventure. The presentation was just brilliant, counted five different materials in the plates alone: glass, ceramic, wood, slate, marble(there was even an LED booklight attached on one of the dishes to give it light and shadow!). Combinations of food were imaginative: tuna and flowers, pineapple and poprocks. Yet the classics were there, porkbelly spitroast pig with potato au gratin and smooth apple sauce. Sure little things could have made it perfect(crackling was too hard, chorizo slightly burnt, a bit nouve riche in places, and one too many interuptions from multiple staff throughout the night), but presentation, smiling staff and venue made it an entire theatrical performance, beyod mere dining! One that — would gladly take friend back to just to watch their expressions throughout the night as the scene plays out before them. Well done chef and staff: it was a pleasure indeed(and in a globo hotel branch none the less)!
