History
Established in 1975.
Kagyu Ling was founded in 1975 by Karma Thinley Rinpoche and Lama Jampa Thaye and follows the Karma Kagyu tradition of Tibetan Buddhism. The centre has been visited by and hosted many of the most distinguished Tibetan masters of modern times, including His Holiness the 17th Karmapa, Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche and Kalu Rinpoche.
