I hardly ever get nights off, so when I do, I want to look good for a reasonable price, but not look like every other Primani wearing girl in the bar (don’t get me wrong, I’m all about Primani on other occasions). I therefore have found myself the best answer — the dress stall here has dresses for under £20 and they look a lot more expensive!
In addition to this, the meat on sale at Gorton Market is amazing. Both the quality and the price are not to be quibbled with… and it’s that good, that my mum and dad always stock up to take home when they visit; ridiculous as they live opposite a butchers!!!

New Gorton Market Hall is worth a visit if you’re in the area, especially for the food. There’s 40 stalls here offering fish, meats, cold cuts, vegetables, cakes, smoothies, speciality cheeses, Polish specialities, baked goods and spices. Apart from that, you can also buy cards and gifts, household goods, clothes, electrical goods and beauty products. There’s also hot food on sale as well as am Italian café. You’ll definitely come away with some great bargains and unusual produce.
