Crosbie’s is the Interflora that my dad and I used to drive down to when we were getting Mum flowers — be it birthdays, anniversaries or just the weekend. For most of the time I lived in my Prestwich family home there were flowers on our walnut dining room table or the matching walnut sideboard. And most of these came from Crosbie’s.
They do crazy, expensive bouquets here but that’s not what we came for. We came for beautiful, simple bunches that wouldn’t break the bank yet would brighten up the scene in our house. The staff here are lovely and helpful. They know when to advise and when to just sit back and let you go round the whole shop three times before deciding on the prettiest.
