Convenience Express

When staying at my friend’s flat above Convenience Express, I am sorted for my chocolate cravings, my crisps feasts and mostly my alcohol needs.
Opposite the Birdcage and near the Printworks, this place must get a lot of agro from the Manchester clubbers. Yet they’re always friendly, (they seem to recognise me now), seem to be open whenever your supplies have ran out and best of all I can get my chicago town pizza on call. Convenience Express is your bog standard city centre convenience shop but it deserves the mention for always being there for meee.

I like Convenience Express to, and its definitely worth a mention for anyone who ever goes out in town or around The Printworks.
When you come out of the club, be it Tiger Tiger, Opus (no thanks) or Birdcage, you’ll surely be familiar with the feeling of mild starvation that instantly arises inside you, even though you hadn’t noticed it before. I’m the worst for it, and can easily put a large Pizza away regardless of whether I’ve had a massive dinner just an hour or two before.
Now, if you want to stave off these hungry rumblings for the sake or your health or bank account, grab a snack from here for a quid or so, and you’ll be thankful in the morning!
Great shop. Great choice. Stays open late enough to do this if you leave clubs early…
