Top quality Fish ‘n’ Chips. We also do a healthy option grilled Salmon and Haddock with boiled potatoes and mushy Peas for our more health conscious customers. We take pride in being the only chippy around to use very low saturate (Cholesterol cooking oil). We use the best quality food materials in the market and never compromise on quality, no matter how high the prices.
History
Established in 1985.
The business was taken over by myself (Frank at the age of 23) and it was on the verge of closing down. 3 people had had it before me and not been able to make it work. I used to work by myself in the first year. I could not afford to pay people. It took two years for it to become profitable and on the 3rd year it had become a very successful shop. I had opened my second by then.
I started to take it easy for a while coz i had worked so hard for so many years and started travelling, reading and soul searching. But came back to open few more branches around south Manchester area.

After so many yrs of working, i started to have managers and started travelling and soul searching. I started to get involve with some charities in Iran, working with orphans.
