One of their biggest stores, includes a trade point, knowledgeable staff who don’t do the whole customer care pushing crap, they know what they’re doing and get on with it. The music they play (quite bad cover songs) are enjoyable in a funny way.

This is a huge B&Q with a large garden section (with lots of sheds & summer houses on display) Lots of kitchen displays, seasonal items, a café, toilets, a large decorating (and soft furnishings) wood cut to order and rugs and floor coverings.
The staff are in the main helpful and there are loads of how to leaflets throughout the store.
They regularly have plants reduced and there are bargains to be had regularly. Be prepared to have a good search though!
