Established in 2010.

ShredAbility provides confidential document and data destruction services for both commercial and domestic premises. The name comes from a combination of shredding and the desire to offer learning disabled people training and employment opportunities. Whenever possible we have learning disabled individuals in to assist in the daily events, providing them with a meaningful way to spend their time and giving them a face and a role within the community.

Shredding paper inherently creates waste, and something needs to be done with it. This gave birth to sister company ReSource Recycling. All shredded paper is returned to paper mills for pulping and remanufacture. ReSource Recycling aims to recycle 100% of material removed from any site. However when this is not possible non-​recyclables are passed on to licensed waste facilities.
