I work in a local hotel (Grange Moor) and I have used this several times on the recommendation of my maintenance man. The guy (Roy?) is a font of knowledge and seems to have the best advice on a variety of problems. It makes a change from getting blank stares in B&Q until you find the one old boy who might know in the shop.

I have used this shop for a number of years and always found the proprietor offers very useful advice. Prices are fair and most common parts (air/oil/fuel filters, bulbs etc.) are in stock.

One of a dying breed of small independent car part/tools shops thanks to the likes of Halfords. It is quite small, so don’t carry a big stock, but what they don’t have in store they can order. They are the only car shop in the area so can be handy.
