As a residential letting agent I have vast experience in managing both houses and flats. I have a large portfolio of my own and know I can provide a great service to private landlords looking for a «no hassle» management.

History

Established in 2010.

I have owned my own rental property for over 20 years and initially had my properties fully managed whilst working full time. My personal circumstances changed and I became more involved in the properties to the extent that I decided to manage them myself. I now meet the tenants before I have found them a property and create a great rapport with them. This gives me an insight into their circumstances and can get a better understanding of whether they will be «good» tenants.

I have had an interest in property from a young age as I inherited the bug from my parents. I went round many a derelict property and even remember crawling in the old air vents in a 60’s house once !! I obtained a degree in Urban and Regional Planning and from there the ball rolled. I worked for a company that produced planning, building control and land charges software from Local Government. My husband bought a property when he was only 18 and persuaded me to join the buy to let market. I’ve not looked back and my portfolio has grown. It seemed logic to then look after other people properties as I had a wealth of experience looking after my own.
